“I feel like we got the support we needed to start off right.”

Congratulations on your decision to get married!!!

Marriage is one of the most important commitments you will make in your life. Knowing the foundations of a healthy relationship is a key to success. Yet few of us have the tools to know what to do when things just aren’t working. Pre-marriage workshops provide you the time, resources, and knowledge to prepare for a strong and healthy marriage.

Whether you are in a long-term relationship and you’ve decided to marry, or you recently got engaged, GLBTQ or heterosexual, the workshop is designed for you. In the course of the day you will learn tools for self awareness, and ways to communicate effectively and manage differences and conflict with integrity. This workshop teaches you to be emotionally intelligent in your interactions in this intimate relationship in order to make it safe for you to open your hearts and be vulnerable with one another for a lifetime.

I am a licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with twenty-five years of experience working with couples. I offer one day pre-marriage counseling classes to couples throughout the year. My presentation style is fun and engaging. Throughout the day you will have time to talk as a couple, learn more about your relationship, and strengthen your commitments to each other.

quotesThis one day course offers the opportunity to:
